Vista Golf

Vista Golf Residences is an exclusive project consisting of 96 apartments distributed across two six-story towers, located within Cap Cana—one of the most prestigious tourist destinations in the Caribbean. Its contemporary and functional design features spacious 1-bedroom units with a Family Room and 2-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 113 to 195 m².

The first phase of the project is currently under development, with delivery scheduled for mid-2026. Prices start at USD 365,000, and each apartment is available with optional furnishing packages.
